It lasts 2 to 4 hours and can take place either
• during a meal (optimising the time)
• just in the morning or afternoon
According to the space and time available, the game takes place
• either in one sole room or, during the search for clues
• in adjacent rooms (bar, chapel, dungeon, cellar, library…)
• or at surrounding sites (park, church, museum, monument)
Groups of 7 to 70 people are divided into teams of 4 to 10 members.
Larger groups are split into as many workshops of 40 to 70 people as necessary to keep the participative character of the event, the introduction and the conclusion remaining common to all groups.
The presenters launch, oversee, give rhythm to the inquest and conclude it.
They encourage the exchange of clues won to stimulate a dynamic between the groups, whilst maintaining the teams’ desire to win each challenge.
The activity can lead to an on-the-spot debriefing on the functioning of the group if the company so wishes. The criteria and the method of evaluation will be validated before the seminar and can be formulated according to the terminology, concerns and values of the company in question.
